Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Eligibility
To be accepted, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned in original packaging

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lluviana Noir is not responsible for lost return shipments.

No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Final Sale Items
All final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Lluviana Noir reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
